Vestas Graduate Program is specifically designed for everyone who already  has a degree in business or engineering and wants to give a contribute to the development of modern energies and to build a sustainable tomorrow.

Vestas Graduate Program lasts two years divided into short periods of eight-month. The program will be spent working in three different business units located in the US, India, Singapore, China, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the UK, Spain and Italy.

What it’s expected by the participants to Vestas Graduate Program is working hard to specific projects in collaboration with colleagues, experts, and managers with international experience. This will give them the opportunity to take part to an international network of top talents. More specifically, there are three alternative career tracks: Project Management, Management and Specialist.

As mentioned before, to apply for this Graduate Programme you need a degree in business or engineering. Every year 80 graduate students are admitted to this Graduate Program. In order to be eligible to attend the program you have to send your motivated application, CV/resume and latest university papers showing your grades. If the application gets throw the first selection, what follows is the recruitment, that is characterized by two steps. The first one consists of an assessment seminar; in case the assessment seminar will be successful, it will follow the second step, that is a personal interview.
